What do you get when you combine friendship, chocolate and a love story – a fabulous book titled Sweet On You by Becky Wade. It is the third book in the Bradford Sisters Series. My only regret is not reading the first two before I read this one. It is certainly capable of standing on its own, but I can only imagine the richness it would have brought to know the other sisters and their stories before diving into Britt and Zander’s story. Britt is following her dream of creating chocolate treats in her own shop. Zander is traveling the world when he is hit with news of his Uncle’s death. When he returns to his hometown to sort out the details, Britt is thrilled to see her best friend. But, for Zander it’s much more than that. He’s been in love with her for years and everyone but Britt can see it. Can he maintain a friendship without exposing his true feelings? Will Britt discover a deeper truth? And a not-to-be forgotten twist of mystery surrounding his Uncle’s death. Sweet On You brings romance, friendship, faith and mystery together in a way that warms your spirit and awakes deeper thoughts. I will now be going back to read the previous sisters stories as I can’t wait to see what I missed!
