Labyrinth of Lies by Irene Hannon is the second book in the Triple Threat series. It can be read as a stand alone, although I highly recommend the previous book as well. The two main characters are both undercover in a high school setting in St. Louis, Missouri. One posing as a teacher, the other as a student – both working different cases. The suspense is high – you aren’t sure who can trust who. Irene Hannon does an excellent job of leading the reader on an engaging roller coaster through the pages of this mystery. While some plots are easy to figure out, it keeps you on your seat and guessing on others. It packs a bit of mystery, suspense and romance all together in a tale of whose really telling the truth or who is the murderer. It’s like a game of clue!
